Groove Ultralight, that is. I’m still searching for my other type of groove. I’ve been impressed by the Joovy line of products for years now and just recently had the honor of connecting with the company directly and I am so glad I did! I never knew this but did you know that they are a family-owned business?! How cool is that?!  I always thought their products were so unique and now I want to support them even more. They make such great, high quality gear – from bottles to highchairs to strollers and more. Their products are ideal for the active family constantly-on-the-go. Plus, their designs are so hip and fun.  It is such a nice change from the plastic explosion of primary colors that so many other companies offer. They have the perfect products for a modern mama!
After connecting with them, I was given the wonderful opportunity to try their new Groove Ultralight umbrella stroller. I have been searching for an umbrella stroller since my oldest was born in 2011 and I just never found the right one. The Groove UL has been awesome and is now part of our everyday life.
I love the oversized canopy
The Groove Ultralight is the ideal stroller for the city-dwelling mommy, or honestly, any mommy who wants a stroller that’s smaller and more convenient to use. It only weighs slightly less than 13 pounds and it is easy to carry with a built-in shoulder strap. It’s incredibly nimble, but it also has such convenient features. There is a cupholder for parent along with a zippered pocket directly on the back of the stroller. The signature Joovy oversized canopy is a must in So Cal but very hard to find on an umbrella stroller! It even has a peek-a-boo window to spy on your child. The seat has a 5-point harness with three height positions. Besides growing with your child, this feature is also so helpful when you have more than one child like me. My 3.5 year old loves the stroller just as much as my 8 month old. Sometimes I think he loves it because the baby loves it, but at least he’s comfortable when he’s in there, right? There are two mesh pockets on either side of the seat for your child to use for sippy cups, snacks, toys and other belongings. The basket is huge, another feature virtually unheard of when it comes to umbrella strollers. The handles are cushiony and soft and very easy to navigate. The stroller is sturdy enough to withstand the weight of my monstrous diaper bag, yet another feature unheard of in an umbrella stroller. The wheels have a smooth ride and turn easily. I am so picky with strollers when it comes to how the wheels turn.  It’s super easy to collapse and fold, which can be done entirely with your feet.
Check out the convenient and large basket This convenient pocket and cupholder are so useful and such a lifesaver
My husband laughed when I received this stroller because I have purchased and tried so many (I love you, honey). I am so glad this one has come into our lives. I love it.
My dog loves it too! Isn’t she cute? She comes along on our daily walks with the stroller.
