Our in-person classes guide you through every stage of early motherhood—so you feel prepared, confident, and supported for your most important job.

newborn mommy & me (0-3 Months)

Bond with your newborn while learning about baby care, sleep, feeding, and postpartum recovery. Get expert guidance and connect with new moms in a supportive, confidence-building group.

infant mommy & me (3-6 Months)

Encourage baby’s development with sensory play, tummy time, and expert advice on sleep, feeding, and milestones. Join a supportive mom community to navigate this exciting stage with confidence.

rising toddler (6-12 Months)

Support your baby’s growth through play, expert tips on sleep, nutrition, and behavior, and a strong mom community. Gain confidence as your baby explores, crawls, and transitions to toddlerhood.

second time mom (0-3 Months)

Designed for moms with baby #2+, this class covers balancing kids, sibling bonding, sleep, and self-care. Connect with other second-time moms and get expert support in a welcoming group.

breastfeeding support group

Join our free, IBCLC-led, weekly breastfeeding group for expert advice, latch support, and feeding tips. Connect with other moms, get answers, and access complimentary resources. Registration required.

Nicole Parmelee

Originally from New Jersey, Nicole moved to South Carolina to attend Coastal Carolina University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She later obtained a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University. Since 2013, Nicole and her husband Tyler have called Greenville, SC home, with their two boys, Mason & Max and two dogs, Millie and Geo. When they have free time, Nicole and her family enjoy playing outside, having family over swimming, and spending time together traveling. As a mother of two, Nicole is passionate about supporting new moms and is excited to bring her experience and knowledge to help guide and empower others on their motherhood journey.

Sleep Consultant

Wife, mother, grandmother, postpartum doula, and certified pediatric sleep consultant. While I absolutely loved supporting my daughter at the birth I soon realized my real passion is for supporting new families once they get home with the new baby. Let’s be honest, it is a wonderful new time but it also can be mentally and physically exhausting and challenging. This is where I come in. In all of the different roles throughout my life, the never-changing passion has always been helping families grow in confidence in their parenting abilities.

Maternal Mental Health Provider

Susannah Baldwin, a Licensed Professional Counselor and one of the first to hold a PSI certification in the state of South Carolina. Susannah works with and advocates for adults and couples navigating their reproductive journey, and is a recognized local expert in postpartum counseling with advanced training in maternal mental health.

Pelvic Floor PT

Dr. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of South Carolina. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Armstrong State University – Georgia Southern University, which merged and became GSU. In 2023, she founded Fortis in an effort to fill the need for holistic care in the Upstate. She understands the challenges of modern healthcare, and wanted to create an easily accessible space for healing and strength where people are most comfortable.

Hope and Light Pelvic Health offers a holistic approach to women’s health. It was founded by Jill Jennings, MSPT, PCES, in pursuit of her passion in providing compassionate, one-on-one care for the women in her community. Her own experience in health crisis and pelvic pain and loss gives her a unique understanding of the patient’s journey

Kelly Pfeiffer has been teaching the Positive Discipline curriculum to parents, child care providers and other professionals for 25 years.Kelly is a Lead Trainer for the Positive Discipline Association and is passionate about relational parenting, social-emotional development, building secure attachment and empowering children to learn essential life skills.

Jourdan Salas, founder and owner of Pediatric Support and Intervention, LLC. (PSI), brings 15 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She firmly believes in the importance of early intervention and takes pride in partnering closely with children and their families. Jourdan is passionate about her work, forming strong, supportive bonds with every child and family she serves. Moreover, as both a parent and therapist, Jourdan offers a distinctive perspective on how a speech-language pathologist can cultivate a nurturing, supportive, and creative environment to enhance language development.
