As a board-certified lactation consultant, I absolutely love supporting moms as they navigate the exciting and sometimes challenging early stages of parenthood. My journey in this field began over 12 years ago as an RN and doula. That’s when I realized my true passion was helping women and children in a more personalized way. Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in the birth world, wearing many hats – from doula to student midwife, RN, and, of course, mother. Each role has deepened my commitment to the mother-baby bond and has given me a well-rounded perspective on how to provide the best support. I completed my lactation consultant training and certification at the University of California, San Diego, in 2023. Before that, I finished a three-year certified professional midwife program at the Nizhoni Institute of Midwifery in San Diego in 2018.
