Riya Dhaliwal is a maternal health advocate and the owner of New Mom School Peninsula.
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, business development, and commercial strategy across Fortune 500 companies and early-stage startups, Riya brings a deep understanding of how to build impactful, human-centered services. Her career in healthcare innovation eventually led her to her true passion: creating meaningful, community-based support for mothers in the critical postpartum period.
Riya is certified as a full-spectrum doula, health coach, and perinatal behavioral health coach. Her work is rooted in the belief that bridging traditional healthcare with modern, accessible postpartum support can transform the way mothers experience the fourth trimester and beyond.
Her mission is simple: help moms thrive, not just survive.
