Kathryn Ost
Location Owner | Washington Park
Kathryn is a Denver mom to a fun-loving toddler and has called Colorado home for 9 years, most recently settling into life in Platt Park. Before becoming the owner of New Mom School Washington Park, she led Account Management and Operations teams at fast-growing startups. That work taught her how to truly listen to people’s needs and build something real around them.
Her own postpartum experience was harder than she ever expected. In those early weeks, she felt more overwhelmed than she’d ever been, and the support she leaned on changed everything (for the better). That experience gave her a firsthand understanding of what it means to truly need support, and how life-changing it is to receive it.
She’s opening New Mom School Washington Park because she believes every mother deserves a village, not just as an idea, but as a real network of people who show up. Her work is rooted in bringing trusted medical care and modern postpartum support together, so Denver moms can move through the transition into motherhood feeling held, instead of alone. Kathryn’s mission is simple: Empower moms to know that what they’re feeling is real and they don’t have to carry it alone.
